LET'S GET ONE THING STRAIGHT. This is not a car for everybody. And it was never supposed to be. This is the car Dodge built when somebody apparently walked into the engineering department and said... "How much horsepower can we possibly put into a Challenger?" And somebody else responded... YES. That's apparently all the explanation they needed. Because what came out of that conversation was one of the most outrageous production muscle cars ever built. THE DEMON 170. A factory-engineered, drag-strip-focused monster. Not a backyard project. Not somebody's questionable engine build. FACTORY ENGINEERING. And Dodge didn't exactly hold back.
